Nice. You have the automatic transmission right? Have you ever experienced any issues and is there a history of issues on it even with the previous owner? I’ve been looking at more and more listings online and the level of want is insane. Since we need another car I'd prefer a manual but I'm sure I won't be the only one driving it since he Odyssey has been screwing us over, as well as the miscellaneous problems the CR-V has.

It’s been totally problem free, just make sure the transmission fluid is a nice rosy-ish color on any ones you might look at. The transmission is similar to those in the V6 Honda products and while fragile enough in those, it’s more than enough to handle the full fury of 166 ft-lb of torque. I don’t know the previous owner, as I bought it at a dealer. But Carfax shows a pretty good service history. They’re very robust and tough little cars, just remember they take premium not regular.
